Changed title in category and now when you click on link, it states 'page not found'
Any ideas?

Can you point to a live example? Did you change the permalink too? The permalink is used in the URL. You should be able to tweak the name while leaving the permalink intact.
If you're completely renaming a category and the permalink, you'll just have to deal with broken links. The safe option is to just create a new category and make the old one invisible. This way the discussions are still there in the old category. You can then move them to the new category, and Tender will redirect accesses to the old address to the new address.
