Hi,

I created a filter to find a specific automatic item that I would like to remove from the inbox and mostly just file. In my setup it filters on a subject of "Notification of payment received"

And then performs three actions: it adds it to the "Payment" queue, it acknowledges the item, and then resolves the item.

When I run a test of this filter it finds the items that I expect it to. However, in practice it doesn't seem to be operational. New items are not having the actions performed.

Is there some step that I'm missing to activate the filter?

No, it should just magically work on incoming discussions... I'll take a
    further look for you.

Ah, it's got to do with plan limits. I'll get back to you in a bit with
    details.

OK, it should be working now. The 'basic' plan runs the first two filters, but we haven't made that clear in the UI. We originally had filters disabled for the basic plan but we have decided to extend filters to the smaller plan to help sites who really need it.
