A possible bug report:

I'm not logged in (in fact, I've not created an account with help.tenderapp.com, though I do have a tender beta account for my company), but when looking at a list of discussions I see a Private discussion that I had started in the list. So, it would appear that a Private discussion is being made publicly available. However, since I don't see a bunch of other Private issues, it seems that this is some corner-case I've encountered.

I have a screenshot, but it doesn't appear that I can attach a file to this post.

You can always see your own private issues (we use cookie trickery) even when logged out.

Let me explain the cookie trickery a bit more. One of my big goals with Tender was to make signup completely optional. You should be able to post private issues and view responses. So instead of assigning discussions to a user ID, we assign a unique cookie token for you. This token is also used in the searches so that you see your own private issues on the homepage.

If you start seeing other people's private posts, then that is a major problem.

Since this is unconventional I thought what I was seeing was a bug, not a pretty cool feature. Very innovative -- thanks for explaining it.
