Will not let me submit article and not displaying articles

1. Getting the attached error when trying to save an article.

2. When I load images into the library the path says "fakepath" and does not display in on the article. I'm saving these image in the same spot as all the other.

   Hi Will,

   Our servers got a bit of load this morning, and it's possible attachments processing got delayed. It's back to normal now. Can you confirm it's fixed? If not, can you give me a link to the KB that has problems?
