Lighthouse Ticket Status in Tender
Hello,
I'm evaluating Tender and Lighthouse as a helpdesk/ticket system for my company.
I added a Lighthouse ticket to a Tender discussion, but after the ticket status was changed from "Open" to "Closed" in Lighthouse, it still displayed as "Open" in tender. This could get confusing.
Is there a fix?
