I restored a handful of accidentally deleted discussions. These discussions do not appear in the "All Discussions" list in the dashboard, however, when i search for them they can be accessed. I'd like to know how i can get them to appear in my "All Discussions" list in the dashboard again.

Regards,

Brian Pinney

Can you please link to a few of the examples?

    Thanks!

Most discussions found in our errors discussion area were restored and do not appear in the tenderapp dashboard. Here are two specific discussions that do not appear in the dashboard:

    http://support.laborsync.com/discussions/errors/194-php-error-notif...
    http://support.laborsync.com/discussions/errors/172-php-error-notif...

    Brian,

Was this a change you made recently (today)?

    Hi Brian,

What happened here is that you restored the second comment in each discussion but not the first one. When you restore the first comment, it restores the whole discussion, but when you restore a later comment, it only restores that comment, and this creates a few problems, one of which is the discussions not showing up as expected. I'll create a ticket so we address that.

I fixed those discussions by restoring the first comment as well and they should now show as expected in "All discussions". They won't show up in pending as the last response is from staff.

Let me know if you have questions, or if there are still a few missing.
