Hi, I just finished a major migration on the database to get rid of the global users. Users are now scoped to sites. No longer will you have email validation problems creating a user profile on a new Tender site.

Basically, if you used a single user profile to access multiple Tender sites, you now have multiple duplicate user accounts for each of those sites. Please let me know immediately if you run into any issues at all, such as disappearing comments or the sudden loss of site permissions.
