E-mail settings are not working
I cannot seem to get the e-mail settings to work. E-mail is not being generated to me nor to my "customers". My domain is help.lostcreations.com. Thanks!

What specifically are you trying to do?

I would like to set my From: e-mail to something domain specific, such as [email blocked] (which also forwards to my problems e-mail address for my tender app). However, this does not work. Nor does leaving the field blank. When I send e-mail to [email blocked] (which does forward to my super secret problems address, I never receive the e-mail at my address. Nor does my customer receive the respond I send via the web app.

Click on "my profile" then look in "Email Preferences".. Are all checkboxes checked?

Just the problems section.

And you're not getting emails where issues are opened in this section?

No.

And now I am. But not when I use the same address as my account owner. Does that make sense? It won't send ticket notifications to myself?

No, it won't send notifications to yourself if you open a ticket in the web interface as the account owner or a supporter. It will only email new issues if a customer opens them.

Gotcha. And I figured out the other issue. It was a combination. I had forwarded my questions address, not my problems address. And I wasn't set to receive questions notifications. One part design, and one part user error :)
