Email attachments showing as "processing asset"

Hi Team,
I notice that your advice about the email attachments not working has been removed from our home page, so I took this to mean the issue has been solved. However I have put through 3 tests over a period of time this morning, each initiated in a different manner, each with different attachments, and none of the attachments will open. They come up as "processing asset".

Hey Rhana, you picked a great time to test -- Amazon's S3 went down at
about this time. We're catching up with attachments.
