Pending count is off
Hi,
I notice that the "Pending" count on the left menu differs from the
number of pending tickets listed in the main area. See attachment.
We just want to make sure we are not missing any actual
tickets.

Hi Rick,
I'll have one of our developers look into this. Sometimes it can be a cache issue with our database, so they'll respond when they investigate.

Hi Rick,
I took a look and the first thing I can tell you is that you are not missing any discussion. I will leave the count (which is a cached value) as is for the moment as we investigate exactly what happened. I will let you know when we found the problem and fixed it.

Hi Rick,
I cleared the cache and the count is good again. Unfortunately, the errors that led to this bad count where too old, and I didn't have enough logs or information to track exactly what happened. I have increased our log level, so if you see it happening again, let me know immediately.
I'm closing the discussion for the time being. Just reopen it as needed.
