How'd a staff member become the "Owner"
This is weird. I have a staff member who is the "Owner"—I should be the owner.

Fixed. Sorry, this slipped my mind. I had another similar issue. I think it had to do with the user migration from last week. We created duplicate user accounts for everyones profiles in multiple sites. So you must have had one in the this Tender site (or help.lighthouse), meaning your profile in luciddesign was a duplicate user profile.
