Login has become fubar
I was using our tender app and was writing an article. I went to save the article and got a 500 page.
Now I can access the site if I'm not logged in, but the moment I try to log in I get the 500 message everytime.

Try now. You had a failed ticket creation job, and attempting to display that notification was bombing. We're actually fixing the error right now, but I deleted the job to keep your account from erroring.

Just curious, did you by chance create a Lighthouse ticket for a discussion, and then delete the discussion right away? We're trying to figure out how these people are running into this error.

I was actually in the middle of drafting a new article. That new article had a picture included.
I had been drafting the page for a while, went of to something else and then came back to the page and realized I hadn't saved it yet.
So I tried to save the article draft and when I did is when the 500 occurred.

So the article didn't get created at all? I don't see any errors for #create actions. The error I saw was on #categories page. It seems like it would have created the discussion properly and then errored on the redirection.

Ohk, my bad. I did find the article created and the draft saved. That's great.
