Hello,

I was clearing out all of the pending issues and removed the last one by marking it as spam for removal, however it still displays on the list of pending issues. When I click on the issue title it takes me to a "can not find" link.

I have tried marking it as spam again, or ack'ing the update, but both fail to remove it from the list. See attached screenshot for more detail.

Screenshot of what happens when you try to preform an action on the item. (Note: this is when I choose Ack Update. When I choose Mark as Spam / Remove it actually marks it as being marked for spam, but when I refresh it's back)

Sorry about the issue, as well as the delay on this reply. I'll have a developer take a look as soon as possible.

Also, to add insult to injury, this bug seems to be skewing my response time calculator. Certainly not a vital feature, but it's annoying to respond to everything as quickly as possible and still have it say 20+hrs even though most issues get responded to in less than 1.

More items have become stuck, and will not delete properly. Any idea whats going on ? I assume this is happening to others, too?

OK, here's the cause of the bug. We'll fix it ...

When you move issues to a new category, we create a "redirect" flag on the old issue. That way the user will hit the old link they were emailed and it will take them to the new issue. In this case, there's something missing -- it's not hiding the old issue.

Found the bug... The discussions were getting commented on either by emails or ticket updates. It's fixed and being prepped to deploy. Then I can go through and fix these visible redirected discussions.
