autoreply issue
I'd like to know if it is possible to sort out the inboxes so that we may answer with the appropriate e-mail? By that I mean that before using Tender, I want to be sure that there's no way to confuse someone asking us for a delivery and someone asking us for how to create an account in our website for instance. Thus, is it the case? And how can I do that?

I think you'd have to accept the two different emails into two different categories, and stay logged in as the correct user when replying to them. We might add the ability to specify multiple email addresses for a user, but I personally think it adds too much complexity. It likely won't be for awhile though, there are a lot of popular feature requests to get to.
