Tender mails caught by spam filter
I just got this from a client who I sent a mail through support. This is concerning - how sure can I be that mails aren't getting caught in spam filters? Is it more likely that a tender sent mail gets caught in spam than a direct mail? I'm worried it is...
Unfortunately this email was delayed due to our spam filter.

Alex -
Unfortunately, I'm not sure there is much more we can do to make sure users spam filters don't block our mail as spam. Is it possible for you to get the reasons the mail was caught in the spam filter for that user? It might have information that will help us better configure out outgoing mail.
Thanks,
Nicole

Hi Alex,
Our email server uses all possible techniques to make sure that our emails go through, including SPF and DKIM. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to never get caught in a spam filter, as each receiving server uses different policies and levels regarding spam, and so no matter what we do, it still happens occasionally.
If a particular user has recurring issues, we can work with them and their email provider to understand what is causing this, but that's all we can do.
Let me know if you have questions.
