Forwarding emails

Hi,

I'm just trying to find out why I am able to forward emails sent to myself into our tender account and have them show as started by our clients, however other support staff members who try to forward emails have the discussion's appear as started by them?

The only difference that we can see is that I'm using Outlook 2003 and they are using Outlook 2007.

I've also noticed that in your help you say that the message subject needs to start with Fwd: - when I forward an email it only puts in FW: (I normally change this to FWD), which I've had the other support staff do as well, with no luck.

Is this a bug, or have I done something wrong in the user setups?

Thanks in advance

Hey Sally. Can you provide me a title of an email or address someone on your staff has forwarded that didn't work so I can take a look at the emails?

    Hi Will,

    Hi Will,

A couple of the titles are:
DNS Settings and Email Information (forwarded 15th Oct)
& XML Feed to My Desktop From Rest then on to iproperty (forwarded 13th Oct)

    Both sent by Zoe Tame.

    Thanks

    Hey Sally,

Can you see if some users (i.e. Zoe) are sending HTML emails, and others just sending plaintext? (let me know if that doesn't make sense)

Never mind! Found the bug and fixed it. The fix should go live in a few hours. It was related to having blank lines at the start of the email. Thanks for the report.
