We have been using forwarding for awhile now. We created a new category today and did the same forwarding we have always done. When testing though, new discussions are not showing up in the Pending list, they show up under ALL Discussion only, as if they have been acknowledged already...

Can someone help?
Michael

    Hi Michael,

What is the category? We'll take a look.

    Thanks,
    Brandi

I don't see any discussions in that category, so I can't debug it! However I enabled heartbeats on your email so it can track if things are set up right on your end (and indeed they appear to be).

Also when testing, if you email from a supporter email address it won't go into pending.
