plain text formatting
Hi guys,

Expanding on the issue the user has pointed out, it'd be great if there were a way to configure Tender to show the checkbox when adding a new query, but default to treating the input as plain text. Markdown is foreign to most of my users, and it's not uncommon for them to be confused by the fact the text they're pasting doesn't render the way they expect it to. I previously suggested such a feature on Lighthouse, but since Tender is more of a customer support site that Lighthouse, I believe there's an even stronger argument for it here.

Hi Damien,
It is now easy to switch between plain text and Markdown (see bottom right of the comment box). The default is Markdown for support staff and plain text for everybody else, and the preference is remembered for everyone.
