tender sends cryptic email to users
whenever I attach a lighthouse bug to a tender issue our users get a confusing email:
"This discussion was assigned to ticket 1233."
I understand the intention here but we need to be able to change this message. Our users don't understand it. Whats a ticket? What discussion?

Good point. We definitely need better email texts.
