Messages appearing as pending AND open at the same time
Hi have a thread that's been active for a few days and it's showing in both the pending and open queues at the same time.

Ah, this is a case of the UI being a little unclear. "Pending" is a special queue (I think Inbox is a better term) for any non-resolved issue that was last commented on by a non-supporter.
