Open tickets not showing as open
Hey, not sure what's up here but none of my tickets show up as open anymore but several are not actually resolved.
It makes it hard to find the tickets we need to follow up on.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Galen

Sorry, maybe I'm wrong. They show as ticketed but not open. Is that how it's supposed to work?

This is correct. Right now there's four states: new, open, assigned (has a ticket), & closed. Unread (pending) is a flag since any of these states can be unread.
It's been working pretty well for us separated since we just deal with our issues in Lighthouse, and when we update the tickets in LH, we can make a note over in the issue on Tender (via the link that's automatically inserted).
However, I've been debating throwing everything that's not closed into open... but I've heard arguments in both directions (to keep them separate and to merge them), so I'd be happy to hear your thoughts.
