Delay in emails
Hi,
We see a delay at times between the email system and tender updating my email.
An employee sent a response via email to a customer today
I responded to the customer again an hour later because the email
thread didn't appear to update
Is this an email batching issue and/or a browser caching issue? While it doesn't happen frequently, it might be annoying to a customer:-)

We didn't have any delays in sending or receiving today. We had a few short downtime burst on the server, cause have been caused by that. Hard to say exactly though.

Indeed it can be! Aside from that, I was monitoring the server most of the day and I didn't catch any mail delays. If you see it happen again, sling the title of the email over our way and we'll take a look.
