opening links in a new tab

On our tender account, if we click on items in threads it goes to the link in the same window. Is it possible to have all links opening in a new window?

   Hi,

   It's been requested before and there is an open ticket to address this. I'll attach your discussion to the ticket so you'll receive updates. Though I cannot give you a time this will be implemented, the obvious-and not meant to be insulting-workaround suggestion would be to right/left click on the link :-0

   I'm not sure when we'll get to that ticket, but since you are on Ultimo, I added a bit of JavaScript to your site to modify the links for you.
