Open/Close checkbox confusion, make Open checked by default
The open and closed checkboxes causes a lot of confusion. It should not even be possible to have them both unchecked which seems to be the default. Im trying to teach our new tender helpdesk to our support personel but all views are empty and they go WHERE THE HELL are the tickets because both open and closed is unchecked.
I would consider replacing the checkboxes with a select (you
have beutyful styled selects!) with the folloing options:
Open
Closed
Open & Closed

Open should be the default for the checkboxes, but it is possible for a user to uncheck them both and have that choice remembered for them. When there are no tickets available there should be a text link that would reset everything for the user, see screenshot:
