Is it possible to make it so all our support agents get tickets?
We're a young company and getting and thinking about feedback from users is critical for the entire team.
Is there a way to make it so when a user creates a new question/problem/suggestion [in fact we're only using the question title] it gets sent to all support users?

Peter,
If your individual support staff members go to their "edit profile" section, they can each set their notifications to send them a message when any new discussion is started.
