Search entire discussion does not include internal reply
Full text search seems to be not so much. I did my best to confirm this behavior by looking for old content that was definitely indexed by successfully searching for strings that were in the normal body of a discussion, and then not finding a string that exists only in an internal reply in that same discussion.
I'll make my case for "Search Entire" including internal replies. Many of the most useful, uncensored notes staff leaves to one another are done as internal replies, including sometimes full answers with proprietary details and explanations, follow on responses, alternative answers for similar cases (that we would not want to confuse the customer with), and explicit tagging for future use. It is really helpful to be able to search across that rich set of info.

Hey Aaron. Thanks for the feedback.
At this point in time internal comments are not included in the search. That's something I want to see added in the future as well. I have a ton of account notes and such embedded in discussions.
