First-time install on OS X with XCode 4 fails immediately
Application cannot even launch. Goes into an infinite loop in the debugger before it completes the launch process.
My guess: there's something wrong with the framework and how it interacts with Xcode4?

Confirmed: merely linking the framework kills the app, with errors inside dyld_launch
App doesn't even get as far as running gdb, let alone starting up.
Remove the framework: app works as normal.

This is the customer support area for Tender app. Is that who you intended to contact?

Argh! Sorry - the product I was reporting against had direct-linked tenderapp as their support link from one of their docs :(.
These guys: http://deskmetrics.com/
...I'll email them directly instead; please feel free to delete this report :)

Same here. Clicking on "support" on their website links to here. Maybe you should check with them if they have an issue with their support feature.
