Can't remove Knowledge Base from public site
Hi,
We are trying to disable our Knowledge Base (over 100 articles)
because we are hosting this content now on a different site.
There's an option in the admin to turn off Tender’s Knowledge
Base System, but all that seemingly does is remove the KB from the
admin.
- Is this a bug or intended behavior?
- Is there a way to quickly deactivate the knowledge base for us without going through each article individually?
Thanks, Dennis

Hi Dennis,
This is something we're thinking about very seriously lately. I can't give you an ETA, but we do plan to allow users to disable the KB entirely before too long.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Currently, toggling the KB makes links to it disappear from the public
UI. You can still get there if you know the URLs directly, but we're
working on that as Tim says.
