Hello Tender,
I exported data from the "support history" tab and when i pulled up
the CSV the "initial response" & "resolution time" show up as a
random 6 digit number instead of a text format. i was hoping you
guys could fix this for me please so it appears as it does on your
site with the hours/minutes format? Thank you!

I'm so stupid haha, we guessed that except in minutes shouldve gone to seconds too! haha thanks for the help!
