Slow email
I sent an email reply to a ticket more than half an hour ago, but it's not showing up in the system yet. It seems to be a semi frequent occurrence that there are email backlogs and it's pretty frustrating when it happens.

We're processing pretty quickly on our end. All my tests are coming through within 1-2 minutes.
Can you link us to one that took 30 minutes so we can check our logs?

These things happen if you reply from a different address that isn't one of
the watchers.
