Remove from queue
I think it's a bug to be able to remove a ticket from a queue that a ticket is not in, or add a ticket to a queue that it is already in.

Hi Josh,
Are you talking about the queue buttons in the header on the discussion page? Those should be toggles that are active). Are you changing the queue state elsewhere?

Hi Josh,
When I saw your other discussion I see you're using the bulk edit interface on the bottom of the dashboard. Because this is intended as a bulk edit function all queues are visible in the add/remove pulldowns because some items may be in queues and others may not.
The functionality of the pulldown might be better described as "make sure all selected discussions are IN or NOT IN [this queue]" -- and it will add and remove the discussions (or take no action if it is already in the state selected). This functionality might be confusing, but it is intentional due to the fact that this is a bulk-edit interface that might have varying queue states for each discussion.
Thanks,
Tim
