Tender setup with private mode turned on, email white list not working.
Hi,
I have setup a new Tender recently and wanted to keep it private
from the world so turned private mode on.
We potentially have a lot of users that will need to use the site,
so the email white list would be excellent to ensure we only get
the expected users on the site.
However, it doesn't seem to be working. I tested signing up for a
new account this morning and received the error you can see in the
file attached.
Even though I am using an email address that has been allowed by
the white list, it stil says i am not eligible to sign up.
What is going on? Is there some other settings that control user
sign up that I have not found? Is there something wrong with our
Tender?

never mind, I've found the solution to the problem
