Started by ronin bug
When you create a ticket using an email that is one of the people on your support team, it shows the ticket as from "ronin". This issue has been mentioned before, but here is the cause.

Thanks for the heads up, I think we have a partial fix ready to go for this, I'm not sure as to the cause off the top of my head, but I'll pass this along to a developer now to look back into it.

The ronin address is used when someone is trying to create an issue without having logged in first. It then creates the issue with a temporary email address. It's supposed to change to their user when they log in, naturally. There's a fix that we're running through it's paces, and we should get this resolved by next week.
