Searching odd behavior
I was trying to find our KB article on alerting and I searched the KB for alert, alerts, alerting and got no results.
By scanning the index, I found the article I wanted, which had a keyword of "alert" on it.
https://newrelic.tenderapp.com/help/kb/features/alerting-in-new-relic
When I went back and did a search again on "alert" I got many results.
Why didn't any results show up the first time? It seems like a bug.

We had just reprovisioned our search server and it hadn't come back up
properly - took much longer to reindex than expected. Sorry about that
-- should all be fine now.
