Delete topic visibiliy bug
When you delete a topic the flash at the top of the page says "successfully deleted", however the particular topic is still shown in the list. The topic is actually gone if you refresh the page, however this would be confusing to less technical users.

Furthermore, when you click on the now deleted topic thinking it's still valid, you get an error -- of course.

There are some caching complications there, the system has to run a job in order to remove that topic from the views, so it does take a few seconds. As we continue to work on Tender we'll work on speeding this up.

You could include the id of the deleted topic with the flash message and if the id of the item in the list of topics matches that id, don't show it. So in other words, fake that it is already deleted.

Yes, and in due time we will probably do something alone those lines. Right now it is still fairly complex under the hood since it is cached in multiple instances throughout your Tender, but we'll polish off responsiveness in the caching and system as we continue to update the system.
