Hi there,
I am interested in using the /help subdirectory setup for my tender.

I have added the following the my apache virtualhost configuration settings:

   <Location /help>
    ProxyPass http://my.tenderapp.com:80
    ProxyPassReverse http://my.tenderapp.com:80
   </Location>

However, when I try to load the page I see an error message that says that 'there isn't a Tender here'. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to set this up correctly?

I am using a standard Apache 2 installation.

Thank you.

    Have you set up the correct domain name in your tender? (i.e. the domain name in the URL bar should be entered in your settings)

    OK, so if I understand correctly, the "Custom Domain" that I set for my
    tender should be the same as the url with the /help subdirectory.

    For example, I should set it to http://www.domain.com/help

    Correct?

    The custom domain should just be www.domain.com

    That did the trick! Thank you very much.
