Tender seems to be emailing the wrong user for a ticket?

I replied to this discussion (using the web interface, not email) from a user named Chris, then received a note from a completely different user named Dimitri saying "Sorry, you must have replied to the wrong email, I didn't have a registration question."
It seems Tender sent Dimitri an update on this ticket... but Dimitri is not a watcher on this ticket.
Concerning; obviously, if Tender is mixing up who opened what ticket, we have a problem on our hands...
