Tender user discussions not visible

Hello,

I'm a user of Eventival Tender under the festival POFF. Our user Kristi Porila has been listed as POFF member but we cannot see each others discussions. Please see the screenshot. Please advise.

    Users can only see discussions created after they were added to a company.
