Tender not associating Keywords to Articles
Hi all,
I'm working with the RunKeeper crew over with the support side of things, and I noticed that this question here should have pulled this article here. I'm not sure what the cap is on suggested articles, but it should have come up, if not first then at least as another suggested article.
Just wanted to see if this was a recurring issue, or if it was a one time miss.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,
Our indexing appears to be working correctly. I think this is probably a one-time miss due to our suggestion code not recognizing "face book" in the email as the same as "facebook" in your article. I'll keep a close eye on this end, and let me know if this comes up with other emails, but I believe that's the culprit and should only happen if, specifically, someone has "face book" as separate words in their message. I'll also follow up internally on this to see if we can manually add that as a match in the suggestion code.
Thanks,
Tim

Hi Jim,
I checked your article, and I recommend adding face book as keywords to the article, for cases where the user might use "face book" separately.
Here is your current keyword list for the article:
Facebook, connect, link, account, connected, not, working , broken, appearing, linked, accounts, show, won't, isn't, is, RunKeeper,
This could be why the Facebook connect article didn't display in the autosuggest results, mainly because "connect," "connecting" and "connected" appear in so many articles.
Thanks!
Tim
