I've forwarded in 2 different emails into our tender account today (support.inklingmarkets.com). One was to our "problems" address, the other to our "questions" address, but neither populated anything in tender. Was working fine yesterday.

We are seeing this behavior as well. None of our email forwards work.

Matt, I saw your "test" email in our mail service provider. It hasn't hit tender -- tracking this down further

We had some servers mysteriously reboot, and services came up the wrong way causing some permissions problems on the email parsing slice. We're investigating further.

The slice was rebooted due to intense GFS activity. We've reworked Astrotrain to be gentle to the file system (we have archives of the incoming email elsewhere). The real problem though, was the fact that when the slice came up, our mail server Exim didn't start up. We had our host fix that issue, updated astrotrain, and crunched through the queue. However, some stuff may have been missed because the email server was down for several hours. We may have to wait for our archive email server to re-attempt to forward back to the Astrotrain server which is now up.

Matt, your "test" email definitely hit our mail service provider. Now tracking down the pipeline to see where it went.
