New e-mails are going right into "All Discussions" and are not hitting the Pending Folder
We are having issues where new discussions go right into the "All Discussions" Folder and bypass the Pending folder. As we normally work from the Pending folder this has caused us to overlook some customer e-mails. Is this a known issue?
Discussions are closed to public comments.

No.. do you have a link to some of these discussions? Is it possible someone 'acknowledged' them?

Actually I'm seeing this as happening in the last few hours only. Will look into it further.
