Forwarded emails are not being turned into discussions
I've forwarded a couple emails multiple times now and they still aren't showing up in my pending discussions. I assume this is related to the very disruptive down time today.
Discussions are closed to public comments.

Likely, one of our cloud servers was having issues and took down the rest of the app. Everything should be up and running now, but let us know if you don't see the forwarded emails now.

Now, my discussions won't delete. I forwarded the emails a couple times and so now I have a bunch of extra discussions in my queue, but they won't move to the trash. I've tried multiple times over the past hour and they still aren't moving.

Our jobs server is a little backed up from the downtime this morning. If you still see the extra discussions in your queue by end of day let us know, but our servers are working through all the back issues now.
