Updated by Null
I didn't check if this was already reported, but when I click on the "n open issues" in the upper right corner, I get a list of open issues, but it says "updated by null." Oops.
Almost forgot- this is on the admin dashboard, in case that was not clear...

Ah yes that means it's from an anonymous user. There's a slight bug with the json backend not sending the correct user information for anonymous users.
