Hello Nicole,

Thank you for the feedback. My queue tickets seem to be out of order now. Is this part of the same issue or a different issue. Should I open a new ticket?

I split this off into it's own discussion. Can you send a screenshot of what you're seeing and a description of what you should be seeing?

    Hello Amanda,

Please see attached screenshot. Normally when we sort by newest they are in order by time received, newest showing at the top. As you can see from the screenshot they are currently out of order.

We noticed the same thing here.

    queue out of sync

Not to mention, we missed quite a few tickets in pending discussions. Now, we had to go back dozens of pages to figure out where we haven't responded.

This is something several people have reported. It appears to be related to a new server brought into the cluster today, but we're still investigating.

    Thanks,
    Tim

Yep, timezones were being double-counted and this is fixed now.

The pending data, however, should always be accurate.

Hi Courtenay, you can close this for now. It doesn't appear to be an issue anymore.
