    Matt -

The person who created the discussion is on the left under the title ("from X"). The metadata on the right is for the last action on the discussion, like X replied, X closed.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

Yes I see. So when it's blank, this signals to us staff that it hasn't been answered yet. Correct?

    Matt,

A better indication would be to look for the blue dot next to the discussion. This means it is new and has not yet been responded to.

Ohh. Yes I see now. I always thought that was for threads that haven't been read yet.

    Cheers

Yes, if there is name there then there has been no response visible to the customer. Internal replies aren't tracked for that metadata.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
