Tender is extremely slow
I have noticed some serious service issues recently, and even right now I can barely access our site. There are multiple time outs (I assume) and pages that never load. Yesterday emails were taking hours or more to process. Are you aware of this and working on it?

Yes, I have a new Redis cluster (32 virtual instances, increased from
just 1!) coming online. I'm madly crunching all the existing data to
get it online ASAP. Should take a few more hours or be done later
tonight.

It's badass, and is increasing our hosting costs by about 20%. But
it'll mean we can move way more stuff into Redis, which will mean much
much faster and live updates for everything.
