Spam Issues
Hi,
I just found out today that I have about three pages of email that has been marked as spam and never ended up in my inbox. Is there a way to turn off spam detection or maybe send out a weekly email with a summary of the spam? Also, when I restore/aprove the spam emails it redirects me to the main list and it is difficult to find the message I just approved. It also doesn't show up in my email inbox which it also unhelpful. Is there anyway any of my points could be addressed at some point or do you have any suggestions how to manage my spam messages?
Yours,
Clint

Thanks, but you did not answer my questions and I have already read that
article.
Here are my questions:
* When I approve a message in my spam list will it be sent to my email
inbox automatically?
* What is the best way to search for recently approved message in my spam
as they get lost in the list once I approve them?
* Ideally when I restore a spam message that I am viewing it should not
take me away from the message I am looking at back to the main inbox list
(please see the attached image).
Yours,
Clint

1) Approved messages go direct to the dashboard and are marked as unread
2) Currently, approved messages go into All Discussions with its original date, marked as read, which does make it hard to find. We're planning to make more changes to how spam is dealt with and have an active ticket for it. Until those changes are made, for now, you could copy the URL of the spam discussion before restoring.Once restored, you can go to that URL again and it will be a normal discussion page rather than a locked-down page.
3) You're right, it should not, but it does.
I've shown your valid concerns/suggestions to our devs and we've added them to the ticket which has now been given priority.
