Support Staff "My Profile"

I added a support staff member, and I wanted them to change their name so it shows up as I want it to on the "home" page. I told them to click on "My Profile", and all they saw was "Email Preferences". Shouldn't they also see "Basic Account Information"?

    The name field was removed because it gets set from the SSO values. However, I'll just put the field back and make sure the SSO values only set the name if it is blank.

    The fields are back. You still can't set your email address as that would break the SSO connection. I may add that back, but I'll have to write some clear copy that explains what's going on and why that may not be a great idea (without the SSO connection, you'd have 2 separate profiles and would have to log in with a password on the one with the updated email).
