Collision detection for saving Knowledge Base articles
If two people are editing the same Knowledge Base article at the same time, it is very easy for changes to get lost.
It would be great if tender warned that this was happening and at least reject the second change.

Hey Eric, thanks for the feedback. We've had some similar ideas, and after the next round of updates/feature to Tender we should be looking more into this. I completely agree though, especially when you are managing a large scale/high support volume with a large # of support staff.
