body font-size set to "12px" instead of "12pt"
In
http://asset-0.tenderapp.com/pkg/frontend-datauri.css
We have
body{font-family:"Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:12px;line-height:1.5;background:#fff}
But I suspect (and hope) that what is intended is a
font-size:12pt instead of 12px

No, 12px is the intended code. You can use CSS customization to override that if you want though.
